Accompaniment in community health worker programs

Dear colleagues,

Three years ago we started this project, our goal was simple: let’s try to define how Accompaniment looks like in an enlighted CHW program so that others can replicate and enjoy the benefits we saw in some programs.

Getting the paper out is only the first step. As we say in Mexico, love (Accompaniment) that is not reflected in the design, budget, tasks, and processes, is not true love (Accompaniment).
