Greetings Colleague,

WHO has received several requests to support countries to plan the delivery of quality health services. In response to this request, WHO has drafted:

Delivering Quality Health Services: a practical implementation guide

This document aims to provide guidance on a systematic approach to enhance quality health services at the national, district and facility levels. It has been developed under the technical guidance of the WHO Quality Taskforce, with technical input from 11 departments across WHO. The implementation guide is not envisaged as a comprehensive guidance document; rather, it aims to provide an overview of key considerations for leaders at different health system levels to support planning and delivery of quality care, signposting other relevant technical resources.

We would like to invite you to review the draft guide and provide your feedback. Please use the structured online form [https://extranet.who.int/dataform/261794?lang=en], that has been created to facilitate your review of the document. The open call for feedback will be open from 16 December 2019 until 16 January 2020. We look forward to your continued engagement on this important work of improving the quality of health services in all countries.

Kind regards,
