Likely everyone realizes that video is a key method of health education. We at Wikipedia have just launched an easy way to collaboratively create video. Nothing particularly fancy yet but you can see some examples here:
Video on polio https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VideoWiki/Polio
Video on malaria https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VideoWiki/Malaria
Instructions on how to make your own https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:VideoWiki/Tutorial
Tool is of course under an open license. Inputs to the tool must also be under an open license (including text and images / media). There is the ability to make videos in any language (for those languages in which text to speech does not have support a human's voice can be added).
Here is a video on dengue in Odia for example https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:%E0%AC%89%E0%AC%87%E0%AC%95%E0%A...
Please come to Wikipedia and try it out :-)
