*Ajisomo, Omotoyosi Omolola has over 4 years of experience contributing to the improvement of Community healthcare delivery with a focus on Childcare, Cervical Cancer Awareness, HIV/AIDS prevention, awareness programs and de-stigmatization initiatives.*
*She works as the Head of Programs for Neo Childcare where she focuses on designing and implementing projects that ensure the mission of the organization is carried out successfully. She coordinates a pool of seasoned Healthcare Professionals to ensure caregivers access healthcare as well as health-related information to safeguard their children's health. She has worked with several social enterprises such as Ecoprune Africa in operations and administration processes, Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN) foundation that creates mentoring programs for girls to be empowered from a young age and assisted in executing several management tasks and Doctors Health Initiative (DHI), a nonprofit that empowers internally displaced persons by offering medical and counseling service free of charge to vulnerable and underserved communities with a special focus on women and children. She is a serial volunteer who spends much of her spare time and energy creating awareness among the young generation on the prevention of recurring social problems such as HIV/AIDS and discussions about female reproductive health among girls in secondary schools. She is passionate about initiatives that advance the path for future leaders such as Neo Childcare whose vision is to reduce childhood mortality in Africa. She holds a degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Obafemi Awolowo University, her dissertation was focused on the "Complementary roles of Western and Traditional Medicine in the society". Currently, she is enrolled in the Masters of Science in Public Health programme at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Omotoyosi is passionate about achieving sustainable local communities that are self-reliant in the prevention of infant mortality in order to eliminate the 1 in 5 Child death ratio in Nigeria. She is fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative Regional Leadership Center, West Africa (YALI).*
