Would you like to be a HIFA moderator?

31 January, 2020

Dear HIFA colleagues,

We are looking for a 3rd moderator to join our moderation team!

Our current moderation team consists of me and Poorva Patil, a medical student at Kasturba Medial College, India. Poorva has been ably helping since August 2018 and will continue to do so.

We would now like to bring on board a 3rd moderator to join us.

Ideally you would have excellent Engligh-language skills (we would also welcome people who are bilingual as this would cross-link with HIFA-French, HIFA-Portuguese and HIFA-Spanish). You would have a stable internet connection - good enough for group meetings by skype. And you would be passionate about global health and the importance of improving the availability and use of healthcare information.

You would also be willing to follow one or more journals or global health news to help identify papers that would be relevant to HIFA members.

Your help would be on a volunteer basis, 2-4 hours per week at your convenience. Remote training and guidance will be provided. It is a good way to raise your visibility and learn new skills.

If you are interested, please send a brief message and CV direct to me: neil@hifa.org by 15th

We look forward to working with you to take HIFA forward to the next level!

Best wishes, Neil
