Amanda Puckett BenDor

Amanda Puckett BenDor has over a decade of experience working in human resources for health (HRH) and health systems strengthening. As IntraHealth International's technical advisor for digital health and knowledge management, she leads digital health and informatics programs including the mHero platform, a two-way SMS system between Ministries of Health and frontline health workers. She also represents IntraHealth on the K4Health Project, bringing a health workforce lens to the global knowledge management project. She has supported field programs throughout sub-Saharan Africa for the USAID-funded Capacity Project and CapacityPlus project, working closely with ministries of health and local partners to advance HRH activities. Amanda also serves as a co-chair of the Global Digital Health Network - a forum for 2500+ members from 81 countries to share information and engage with the broader community. The Network provides leadership in digital health and offers a collaborative gathering space for members to share perspectives, resources, and practical guidance related to implementation across a range of technical areas. She has a MPH from the Maternal and Child Health Department at the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. apuckett AT
