WHO is developing an online portal to support member states in the maintenance of essential health services during and after the pandemic, based on WHO’s Operational guidance for maintaining essential health services during an outbreak https://www.who.int/publications/i/item/covid-19-operational-guidance-fo...
The portal will include 'action briefs' - examples of innovative approaches being taken to respond to the impact of COVID-19 on essential health services.
We - HIFA members - have been asked to help identify such examples. I encourage all HIFA members to consider contributing their experience. You can read more about the initiative here:
Please also forward this to your own networks and contacts. The more people share their experience and expertise, the greater will be the impact.
