We have also contacted the WHO Academy <https://www.who.int/about/who-academy/> to see if the Academy will consider publishing educational guidelines for doctors, nurses, students and other health professionals on promoting patient access to their records.

As you know, sharing records (with exceptions) has become mandatory in the USA under the USA Cures Act 2016.
