Press release: Healthcare Information For All (HIFA) launches new strategy to accelerate progress towards universal access to reliable healthcare information (5)

28 October, 2021

Thank you Don and Joseph for your supportive comments,

The HIFA Strategy 2022-2024 is based on many months of consultations across the HIFA Steering Group, with thanks to all. The Strategy is of course just the beginning of our work going forward. The challenge now is implementation, and to To implement the Strategy our greatest need is additional financial support. To secure this support this I would like to call on HIFA's most important assets: you, our 20,000 members, 500 volunteers and 400+ supporting organisations. Each of us has a role to play to accelerate progress towards universal access to reliable healthcare information.

I invite you to:

1. Read and comment on the Strategy

2. Consider how *your* organisation can contribute to the Strategy (and achieve your objectives at the same time: we have a long record of successful collaboration with WHO and many other leading health organisations)

3. Forward this message to your colleagues and contacts, and invite them to join: www.hifa.org/joinhifa

With thanks and best wishes, Neil
