Children in Armed Conflict (7)

9 September, 2019

Mulenga asks how children can be given a chance to face a proper childhood, this is the $60,000 question!!

The ISSOP meeting in Beirut at the end of September (details circulated by Raul Mercer in this thread) will be addressing this issue fully and the outcome of the meeting will be posted on the ISSOP website www.issop.org<http://www.issop.org> and also circulated to CHIFA members.

I would encourage everyone on this forum to join up to ISSOP as an organisation which is actively working to protect children from violence whether mediated from within or outside the family - and ensure that their rights are supported by the health professionals who care for them.
