This ushered a flurry of activity both globally and at the country level to strengthen rights-based programming and implementation and development of new tools and approaches for quality of care, monitoring. This webinar series is being held to support the dissemination of these tools and guidelines and identify areas of gaps which should be strengthened to advance implementation.

The speakers will provide an overview of the guidelines and tools as well as experiences in implementation.
