Dear CHIFA colleagues,

Thanks very much Neil for your email.

In Cameroon, the situation is ambivalent with lawful and unlawful use of corporal punishment.(cf Corporal punishment of children in Cameroon: Briefing for the Universal Periodic Review, 30th Session 2018)

Recently the Ministry of Secondary Education has re-enforced measures to protect children in schools from the practice of corporal punishment.(https://mimimefoinfos.com/cameroon-secondary-education-minister-warns-sc...)
