Having been lead moderator for CHIFA for over 12 years, I am handing over to one of my colleagues Daniel Edem Kpewou from Ghana who has been a highly efficient member of the moderating team since 2023. Moderating CHIFA has been a remarkable experience for me, and I'm very grateful for the mentoring and advice I have received throughout from the founder of HIFA (our parent group), Dr Neil Pakenham Walsh. CHIFA is a unique organisation which is of huge benefit to health professionals around the world in exchanging information, responding to questions and solving problems. I've enjoyed it greatly but it is time now to move on - so I will let Edem introduce himself -
Good day Everyone,
My name is Daniel Edem Kpewou, and I’m in all humility, taking over from Dr Tony Waterston as the Lead Moderator of CHIFA. Tony has been a great leader and has mentored me over the years and now he needs to move to other roles within and outside the organization – Let’s wish him all the best in his new ventures. I am excited to continue supporting the platform as Lead Moderator, building on Tony’s great work and helping to achieve organizational goals. My aim is to coordinate the efficient transmission of relevant, readable and understandable messages in a timely manner to the esteemed audience. I am looking forward to continuing working with all of you.
Please feel free to reach out should you have any questions.
Cheers!
Edem
