Could you please clarify whether a license for tractor driving is not required in Japan, particularly for off-road use?
I understand that the level of child labour is often associated with agricultural activity in many countries. You mentioned that the percentage of the population involved in agriculture is decreasing in Japan.
Additionally,are birth rates also declining in Japan? If so, has there been a corresponding decrease in the rate of child labour or the percentage of children working on farms?
