HIFA recognises organisations that currently provide practical (financial or technical) support for our work as HIFA Partners.

Enock Musungwini, former HIFA supporting organisation coordinator, introduces the initiative:

We define 'HIFA Partner' as any organisation that provides practical support for HIFA's work. Support may be financial and/or substantive technical or in-kind support. Support may be unrestricted or allocated to a  specific HIFA activity (eg Forums, Projects, or WHO Collaboration Plan 2025-7).*

  • Your organisation is globally recognised as providing practical support to accelerate progress towards universal access to reliable healthcare information: a world where every person and every health worker has access to the reliable healthcare information they need to protect their own health and the health of others
  • Your logo is displayed on the HIFA homepage
  • Partners are eligible to showcase your work in HIFA webinars
  • Partners are prioritised in HIFA social media activities
  • Partners are recognised in HIFA publications, presentations and webinars
  • Partners have opportunities to network with other Partners and Supporting Organisations
  • Partners are encouraged to collaborate on HIFA Projects and other joint activities that align with your vision and mission
  • Partners are invited to engage in a wide range of HIFA advisory and technical working groups, and to help shape HIFA policy.

*Note: We define 'HIFA Partner' as any organisation that provides support to HIFA. The term does not imply a formal partnership agreement. Organisations that provide £100+ or substantial technical support may be recognised as Partners. Recognition of Partners is coordinated by the HIFA Partnerships and Projects Working Group.
