The paper you refer to

is unfortunately behind a paywall so most of us are unable to access it.
I see it is published in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. I went to check on their policy for reproducing text free-access through Sherpa Romeo, and discovered that the latter has now been amalgamated with other services and renamed 'openpolicyfinder'. When I went to the latter and searched for American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, I received "no results available".
If you are able to find the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology's policy on this, you may find that you have permission to make the full text free-access, for example through an open access repository, so that everyone can access it.
