Dear Dr Suren Kanayan,

Thank you for introducing us to your work.

"I'm the Administrative Manager at Central Hospital in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. My professional focus is on improving access to quality maternal and child healthcare in low-resource settings. I'm particularly interested in strengthening clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology, developing telemedicine platforms, and bridging the information gap between healthcare providers and the public."

Welcome to HIFA, Suren. It's great to connect with you. As the administration manager for a hospital, you represent an important stakeholder group for the HIFA vision of a world where every person has access to the reliable healthcare information they need to protect their own health and the health of others. If I understand your role correctly, you have overall responsibility for providing the enabling environment for your health staff to deliver quality health care in your hospital?

Please would you like to say a bit more about your role?

The role of hospital administrators is an important one that we have not previously explored on HIFA. I invite other hospital administrators to contribute their experience also.

Many thanks, Neil
