An Alive Learning Forum session on the uses of AI as enablers for living evidence

This November, the Alive Learning Forum will be exploring the intersection of AI, evidence synthesis, and real-world application bridging theory with practice.

The session will begin with a presentation on the landscape of AI tools and platforms followed by practical reflections from Alive and partners on their experiences using AI within living evidence synthesis. Our expert speakers include:

Thiago Rocha, Data Scientist in the Evidence and Intelligence for Action in Health Department at Pan American Health Organization.

Maria Pontes leads Alliance for Living Evidence (Alive)'s Climate Evidence Partnerships, bringing together policy-makers, funders, researchers, and organisations to collaborate in tackling the climate crisis through high-quality, timely, and relevant evidence.

Jan Minx is the Head of the Evidence for Climate Solutions Working Group at PIK - Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK).

This session will highlight how AI is reshaping the way we generate, maintain, and apply living evidence, from tools and platforms to practical applications in climate and health.
