WHO (sometimes) takes a while to grab what it is really going on, plainly and what is people speaking and having to get through for survival with dignity and freedom and food-plenty-security!

Coordinates Telemedicina and the Special Interest Group (GIS) of Health & Medicine of Children and Adolescents of the University Network of Telemedicine.
