Kennedy Jr., challenging his agency’s “egregious, reckless, and dangerous” changes to the childhood vaccine schedule; the plaintiffs—which include the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Physicians, and the American Public Health Association—had already sued over the agency’s changes to COVID-19 vaccine policy.'
