I believe that in his original RCCE Post, my reply and Uzodinma's second text several key points are already raised at least for starting the discussion to expand and broaden the scope of our communication. In fact, as you may have noted Uzodinma in his response provides some important details to begin our discussions ! Or I can wait to receive the next Aug 14th HIFA Summary to share my further thoughts !
