Introduction: Patrick Songa, Congo-Kinshasa - Patient safety and community health in fragile and low-resource settings

Dear HIFA members,

My name is Patrick Songa, a public health professional and project manager from the Democratic Republic of Congo. My work and interests focus on public health, health systems, field research, community engagement and MEAL in resource-constrained settings.

I am particularly interested in health systems, patient safety and community health, especially in fragile and low-resource settings.

I’m very pleased to join HIFA and look forward to learning from and contributing to the community, particularly by sharing perspectives and experiences from Eastern DRC.
