“We supported the HIFA Project on COVID-19 during the pandemic. 246 HIFA members worldwide exchanged 865 substantive messages looking in-depth at COVID-19 misinformation and how to address it. An analysis of the discussion was published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research. There is something special about the way HIFA connects so many people: a health worker in rural Turkana, a nurse in Edinburgh, a librarian in Mumbai, a head of medical training in Medellin... all connected and interacting on themes that matter”
