I agree completely with the opinions of Adriano but would like to add an action. The reason is that by only trying to influence health professionals after they have graduated and mothers when they become mother we are missing out on the basic education of both future mothers and future health workers of all catergories.

Mothers to be is difficult. School curriculae are notoriously difficult to change especially in the fields of biology and other health-related sciences.

Medical and para-medical curriculae are maybe more amendable. And can be pretty straight forward: An acute appendix has to be taken out and for both mother and newborn breastmilk needs to be provided. Except in the

following circumstances, etc etc.
