Of course, but as the support is most of the time only theoretical, in fancy documents, I just wanted to high light that many women use formula as a result of lack of support and information.
Another comments made on the breastfeeding verses formula feeding. To wake up many times every night to make formula, clean bottles, in some parts of the world, need to bpul the water, buy formula etc etc is not particularly easy. With a well functioning breastfeeding, it can be much easier to breastfeed.
But, I do agree 100% to the need to protect, just dont forget the support.
