On December 19 we noted a paper that found that online patient education materials related to breast cancer 'do not meet criteria for readability, understandability, or actionability'

This begs the question: Are *any* health websites for patients 'understandable, readable, and actionable' to the majority of users? What more can be done to meet the information needs of those with low literacy lkevels?
I look forward to your recomendations of websites that meet information needs across the spectrum.
