Thank you Irina for sharing the information on the upcoming Special issue of the IJHG [ https://www.hifa.org/dgroups-rss/call-papers-digital-health-governance ]. As an Equity analyst I am glad to see reference to "Key Challenges" as a possible theme yet wonder about the impediment of the APC (article processing charge(s) even in Open access Journals) that most independent professionals encounter for publishing their research work.
Perhaps this inequity itself could be an issue for improving the quality of governance of Information and Communication sharing for healthcare in the HIFA Forum?
