Thank you for your offer of support. We have been discussing it at PHRI and we think there are two main ways in which CHIFA's unique voice will be useful.
1. Turning to the Israeli Pediatric Association, and asking them to speak up. We at PHRI haven't yet reached out to them, but we aim to, and your voice here is likely to spur them into action and make sure that they are supportive of child rights.
2. Turning to the World Medical Association and requesting that they send a clear message to the Israeli authorities. We at PHRI are sending a letter, signed by other local human rights organizations and believe that your quiet diplomacy here would likewise be useful.
Should CHIFA members like to be involved here, we would greatly appreciate the support and would be happy to provide any material and information needed.
