Clinician to patient ratios

Dear colleagues,

Is there a document/guide which describes the number of patients (adult/children) that a physician can conduct history and physical exam per day in the outpatient and inpatient department of a hospital/clinic?

I am referring to a primary care OPD history and PE session for an adult and child. As well as an adult/children's ward round in hospital without teaching of medical students involved.

I would like to use the reference to match provider with client numbers in a health facility
