Any Research which has to be relevant must involve and engage the users through their Associations or organizations. This will ensure that all relevant factors have been taken into account and there is acceptance and coperation from the users. User co-creation is very critical. Any deviation will produce sub standard results. Users are experts in their own right due to personal experiences.
