Two suggestions in preparation for the health day that is being introduced at COP28: 1) read this editorial: https://www.bmj.com/content/383/bmj.p2355 and 2) sign this petition: https://action.ukhealthalliance.org/page/134456/petition/1

Both argue that climate change and the loss of biodiversity should be treated as a single crisis - rather than two, as at present, dividing attention and resources. And both urge consideration of climate change as a global health crisis at the next World Health Assembly.

HIFA profile: Chris Zielinski: As a Visiting Fellow and Lecturer at the Centre for Global Health, University of Winchester, Chris leads the Partnerships in Health Information (Phi) programme, which supports knowledge development and brokers healthcare information exchanges of all kinds.
