Such an important move to have an understanding of the many influences on provider behaviour. We argue for a shift in training of health workers away from a focus entirely on competence or capability and towards true mutual consideration of the other behaviours influences which can be summarised as opportunity and motivation. You can see something about this on our website under e-learning. It’s all free to access. https://thechangeexchange.org
Best wishes to all for a happy and healthy 2024
