Dear David,

I totally agree with you that without a strong primary healthcare structure and strong societal ethical structures, technology

will play very little role in improving child healthcare. The root for improving child health across the globe is good policies and more importantly the implementation and sustainability of these policies. Thesensitive and respective delivery of health education at a grassroot level is key to enabling the communities. This takes commitment, compassion and time with the community. I can assure you this is hardwork.
