Dear HIFA colleagues,
On behalf of the HIFA Steering Group, I am delighted to welcome Edify Medical as a new HIFA Supporting Organisation. https://edifymedical.com.au/
'Edify Medical is creating a new digital ecosystem providing quality health education. Our team recognises that not all healthcare professionals have English as a first language, yet the majority of education in health is communicated in English. It is our aim to improve comprehension of current best-practices by breaking down the barriers to learning such as language, access and cost. The EdifyMed App hosts medical education from global experts within their field and industry. Translated into multiple languages and made available in video, audio and text. Healthcare and allied health professionals will be able to access practical and theoretical content to support clinical decision making anywhere and anytime, in their first language and importantly at locally affordable prices. Ultimately, better medical education, training and professional development leads to better patient outcomes.' https://www.hifa.org/support/supporting-organisations/edify-medical
