- The reality

In a World of Diminishing Political Will To Invest In Health as apriority, and Where, ‘People have access to medical knowledge and skills resources, previously only available to practitioners’,

- Where, ‘Today, the first thing many people do when faced with a health problem is to seek and use information, using mobile phone, Internet, social media, etc’,

- Where, ‘This is the century of the patient’, and ‘the last century (20TH century) was the Doctors’ – Muir Gray
