How WHO and Viamo provide COVID-19 information to the next billion digital users via their mobile phones (2)

9 February, 2022

Using mobile phones is an excellent way to reach out to millions of people, especially that the mobile phone penetration rate is increasing every day. In most countries Thanks to the private telecom companies (not governments). I looked at the text but found that one has to have 1 2 3 Service in the country. The Service is available in one country in the Caribbean, 3 countries in Asia and 14 countries in Africa. I could have misread the news. Any advice?
