I have copies of my dental records that I use to discuss my dental plans when I go to see my dental team. The records include maps of the teeth and maps of the depth of exposed of the lower parts of the teeth caused by poor brushing and plaque. I wish that I had had more dental education as a child with the view of my front and back teeth as the dental team can see them.
