28 October, 2020

You are all invited to join us for this year's International Child Health Group Winter Meeting : "Strive to Thrive: Nutrition Through the

Ages" - an online speciality symposium.

We all know that what you eat matters, especially for the health and development of children around the world; How has our understanding changed over time? How is it affected by crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic?

The International Child Health Group is delighted to be welcoming Marko Kerac, Tsinuel Girma, Shalini Ojha and James Bunn to open their Online Specialty Symposium/Winter Meeting 2020 with some fantastic talks on Nutrition Through The Ages. This will be followed by a number of inspiring presentations from the elective/advocacy prize winners and abstract submissions along with more information on how to keep in touch with the International Child Health Group. Building on the nutritional theme from the morning, we will start the afternoon with a choice interactive nutrition themed case discussions including a session on the management of stunting from Professor Charlotte Wright, Professor of Community Child Health, University of Glasgow.

Finally, for those considering a career in International Child Health, there will be a unique opportunity to hear from three global health
