Hello,
My name is Kelli Smith, and I am a stay-at-home mother from the United States. I became an advocate for Group B Strep after our daughter, Finley Genevieve, passed away from Group B Strep in 2017, just 24 hours after she was born.
What began as a journey to understand what happened to our family has grown into a passion for education and advocacy. Through my work with Group B Strep International, I strive to raise awareness among parents, physicians, nurses, educators, and healthcare professionals about the importance of prevention, early recognition, and education.
I believe that every family deserves the chance to bring home a healthy baby, and I am committed to helping make that a reality through awareness, education, and advocacy.
