Greetings!
I am Dr. Prerna Krishan, MDS, MPH. I have 10 years of experience in periodontal dentistry, public volunteering, education & Program development. I am a public health researcher with focus in Global Disease Epidemiology, Prevention, Control & Policy formation.
Through my varied work experience and exposure to community development in areas of women and children- health-related issues and my work as a periodontist, my desire to work in healthcare has increased manyfolds. I hope to get more opportunities and exposure to international organizations and health educators at different levels. I am consciously and continuously striving to bring about improvements in the health environment and passionately desiring to expand my knowledge and horizon about global health. I believe good health is a fundamental right and every human being has an inherent claim to it. I, therefore, dream of gaining a professionally diverse and multicultural perspective and utilize the gained skills to bring about changes in the healthcare system.
