Introduction: Rosol Awad, Sudan - Volunteering for HIFA

9 January, 2025

Dear HIFA Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Rosol Awad, and I am a medical student from Sudan / Khartoum. I began studying medicine in Sudan in 2022, but unfortunately, I had to pause my studies due to the ongoing conflict in my country. I am now interested in joining HIFA as a volunteer and contributing to the mission of providing healthcare information to everyone. I strongly believe in the importance of access to accurate health information for improving public health, and I would love to support HIFA’s efforts in achieving this goal.

I have a background in Anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, community medicine and clinical skills.

I also have successfully completed an online first aid course, which provided me with essential knowledge and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies. This experience has enhanced my understanding of basic life-saving techniques and my ability to assist in critical situations.

I am eager to collaborate with your team to further the cause.

Thank you for considering my introduction, and I look forward to the possibility of contributing to this valuable initiative.

Best regards,

Rosol Awad
