Hi everyone!
I’m Chloé Guinaudie, a bilingual (EN/FR) mental health professional dedicated to bridging research, practice, and lived experience to transform youth mental health systems.
My work focuses on implementing evidence-based programs that prioritise efficacy and community voice, from leading Ontario’s $1.8M Early Intervention Services at Youth Wellness Hubs to launching Montreal’s Aire ouverte initiative and scaling pan-Canadian networks like ACCESS Open Minds.
Whether managing cross-sector teams, translating research into action, or advocating for ethical AI in healthcare, I’m driven by a simple goal: ensuring young people have meaningful access to care that works for them.
With a background in neuroscience, design thinking, and Indigenous cultural safety, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, collaboration, and social justice!
I'm excited to be part of this community and learn from all your great work & ideas. I’m always eager to exchange ideas and explore collaborations.
Best,
Chloe
