Joint ISQua/WPA Workshop on PCC - 20th April 2023 ISQua & the World Patient Alliance (WPA) are jointly hosting a workshop based on the recently published white paper - 'Person-Centred Care Systems: From Theory to Practice'. In order to make Person-Centred Care an expected standard of care, we will need to systematically redesign legislation, organisation, funding, information systems, education, and research. Our White Paper aimed to answer the most difficult question: how do we embed PCC into our systems, and how do we make it the expected norm? In this workshop, you will hear from one of the authors of the white paper, Gro Rosvold Berntsen, and also from Dr Anuradha Pichumani, on how she has integrated PCC in her hospital. Their presentations will be followed by an open panel discussion with panellists from all spectrums of the patient journey. REGISTER HERE

Partner Activities Planetree International and NorthShore - Edward-Elmhurst Health are hosting a free webinar on 5th April at 14:00 EST on ‘Designing for Moments’. Not every day should be the same. Not every experience should be the same. Designing for “everybody” sometimes means designing for “nobody.” Join Doug Johnson, Patient Experience Officer, NorthShore – Edward-Elmhurst Health, as he shares their approach to thinking and designing in moments. There are some specific moments and some specific patients that we are choosing to intentionally think about more closely. This isn’t a webinar about outcomes. This webinar is about challenging ourselves to think differently in our new normal. REGISTER NOW 7th CAHOCON Conference – 14th to 16th April CAHO will host their 7th CAHOCON conference in April 2023.
