I strongly agree with the submissions of Dr Neil, that consideration should also be given to medical and health journals for authors from low and low-and-middle-income countries with limited access to funding and in dare need of quality, timely, and evidence based information. This is even more of a concern for some of us, researchers who work and practice in conflict and humanitarian settings.
