Not talking is the worst thing to do. Ignorance creates myths and knowledge shatters them. Why do we treat menstruation as a shameful topic?
Lots of Indian websites do a great job at educating women about menstruation, so they don’t think of it as being “pollution” or abnormal
Girls want to learn about their bodies! And it’s our duty to educate them so they aren’t caught unawares!
