This unawareness in the developing countries is due in part to dishonest and unethical politicians who are not dedicated to national development - they like to keep people in the dark.
Another observation very recently food behaviour is changing and most people are liking processed food rather than organic food.
Health is a big industry to make profit. If it would be possible to change the eye from profit to humanitarian service that would be great to support human society.
