Health workers use Telegram, What app, face book and discuss, share experiences, information, updates which has facilitated learning, some time they use their phone for consultation and follow up clients and patients, this has not made formal, no standard and guideline they did it like any other social communication, it's advantage, it's gap has to be investigated, after that monitory mechanism has to be established
