mHEALTH-INNOVATE (9) Do you use a mobile phone to help you in your work? (4)

Thanks, Denis, for some interesting examples. [ https://www.hifa.org/dgroups-rss/mhealth-innovate-7-do-you-use-mobile-ph... ]

I'm one of the principle investigators on the mHealth-Innovate project, and am keen to learn more! I was curious about the shared Whatsapp groups that you refer to as health worker support groups. Could you say a bit more about these? That is, what kind of support are the health workers giving each other? Is it technical, clinical emotional support, or perhaps all of these things?

You also suggest that there should be improved hotlines for information sharing. From the point of the view of patients and citizens, what do you see as the most important advantages but also the most important disadvantages of these sorts of online groups where healthcare workers and patients share information?
