I would like to offer this suggestion for rewording of the last sentence in Dr Dewan's post, in order to make the meaning crystal clear -
In a nutshell: Sensitizing first contact staff and resident doctors in paediatrics settings of hospitals can make a significant improvement in immunization coverage as well as reducing the drop out rates.
