Nutrition Gets Short Shrift in Battle Against Chronic Disease MEDSCAPE (5)

14 September, 2022

Dear Dr. Alice Baingana, you are right.

Nutrition education is neglected by health practitioners.

However see the reality: people want drugs, remedies to their problems of health.

See what the "science" has offered for malnutrition in children: another drug, in disguise of a paste manufactured in Europa for children of Africa. It is the plumpynut(PN), it represents the medicalization of malnutrition, mothers are given tot number of packets of PN to be used daily in a week, like an antibiotic.

Greetings from DODOMA
